Plans to add 300 jobs by end of 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Costa Rica. August 27, 2025.<\/mark><\/strong> <\/em>Movate<\/a>, a global leader in digital technology and IT services, today announced the opening of a new state-of-the-art facility at the Ultrapark-LAG campus in Heredia, Costa Rica, as it celebrates 12 years of operations in the country. This new investment will create an additional 300 specialized jobs by the end of 2025. It reinforces Costa Rica\u2019s role as a strategic growth hub for Movate\u2019s operations across the Americas and strengthens its ability to deliver AI-led transformative solutions to clients worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like Movate\u2019s other facilities, the new center will capitalize on Costa Rica\u2019s rich talent pool, robust infrastructure, and favorable time zone for global operations. As of today, spanning over 86,000 sq. ft., Movate\u2019s facilities at the Ultrapark-LAG campus features modern office spaces along with advanced training labs, equipping Movators with the right environment and tools to collaborate effectively while delivering measurable outcomes for clients. The new center will serve as a nearshore gateway for global enterprises, offering advanced AI-driven revenue acceleration services and multilingual support in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German. It will also drive innovation in areas such as agentic AI-enabled sales, predictive analytics, and customer journey optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, Movate has steadily expanded in Costa Rica, increasing its workforce by 40% in 2024 alone. Today, the company employs around 1,500 professionals locally and expects to close the year with 1,800.
