Access to the foreign direct investment promotion website of the Costa Rican Trade and Investment Agency (PROCOMER), located in San Jos\u00e9, Costa Rica, implies the user\u2019s acceptance of the rules of use established for the site, as well as acceptance of the content of the applicable intellectual property rights clause and the Privacy and Security Policy. The user must review the specific conditions established for accessing and using certain services within the Costa Rican Trade and Investment Agency (PROCOMER) website for attracting foreign direct investment.<\/p>


Access to the foreign direct investment promotion website is free of charge and does not create any commercial, contractual, or professional relationship between its users and PROCOMER.<\/p>
